以土壤處理防治唐菖蒲根蟎(Rhizoglyphus robini Claparede)之研究

摘要


本試驗以地面施藥、土壤燻蒸及土壤浸水之方式,試圖減少土壤中根(球莖)蟎(Rhizoglyphus robini Claparede)的爲害。 植株生長期間自地面噴施新殺蟎(Neoron)25%乳劑或滅賜松(Metasystox)25%乳劑,用量16t/10平方公尺,均不能有效殺死存在於土壤中的根蟎。 使用溴化甲烷(Methyl Bromide)50g/平方公尺,或邁隆(Dazomet)35g/平方公尺燻蒸消毒連作之土壤,可以消滅大部分留存土壤中的此種害蟎。少量殘存的害蟎在土壤中繁殖,在溫度23-33℃之下,蟎體隨時間而數目漸增,至種植第45日後增加速度急速上升,至第55日後蟎數即與不施藥對照組間無差異。 將布滿蟎體的腐爛球莖埋入土壤下3-5cm,然後浸水。5日俊有96.1%害蟎死亡,至第14日蟎體全死。浸水32日後觀察,10個嚴重被害球中僅發現有一個蟎卵孵化。

To spray with neoron 25% EC or metasystox 25% EC at concentration of 1: 1000 on soil surface failed to control the bulb mite in soil. Most of the bulb mite in soil were killed after fumigation with methyl bromide at the rate of 50g/m^2 or dazomet at 35g/m^2. The survivied mites started to increase their number rapidly 45 days after planting, and no significant difference in number of mites were found among treated and untreated plots on the 55th day after planting. To flood the blub-mite-infested soil for 5 days killed 96.1% of the mites, 100% of the mites were killed after 14 days. After 32 days, only one young mite was found hatching from 10 seriously infested corms.
