摘要

本報告是1982年在高屏溪河口海域，實施稚魚網表層採集所得之結果，其要點如下；
1．每月採集一次，共得魚卵12,000個，仔稚魚112種2,135尾。仔稚焦之中，日本鮆是俊勢種，其他縫科、寬燈籠魚、大眼鯛科、蝦虎科、鯖科、屆里銀帶鰾、青沙絞及短鰭燈籠魚等皆有多量出現。
2．魚卵之分類尚有困難。其出現量，冬季和春季多，到了夏季顯著減少，及至秋季，又有增多之趨勢。
3．仔稚魚的種類數和尾數皆以春季最多，夏季少，及至秋季和冬季又有增多的趨勢。冬季的仔稚魚，以日本鮆、大眼鯛科、青沙鮭為主。春季裹，日本鮆佔極大優勢，其他縿科、寬燈籠魚及鯖科等也有多量出現。到了夏季，屆里銀帶鰾是優勢種，其次以蝦虎科、印度銀帶鰾為主。及至秋季，大眼鯛科、屆里銀帶鰾佔多數。
4．高屏溪河口海域之仔稚魚，出現期問短之種類較多，出現期間長之種類少。

In order to investigate the occurrence of fish eggs and larvae in the estuary of the Kao-Ping river, samples were collected with a fish-larvae net at surface water once a month during 1982. The results were summerized as follows: The total amount of eggs collected during the year were about 12,000. The number of eggs which collected in summer were less than the other seasons. The total amount of fish larvae collected during the year were about 2,000, which contained 112 species. The major species and species groups were as follows: Engraulis japonicus TEMMINCK & SCHLEGEL, carangids, Diaphus laws GILBERT, priacanthids, gobiids, scombrids, Stolephorus tri (BLEEKER), Sillago japonica TEMMINCK & SCHLEGEL, and Neoscopelus microchir MATSUBARA. The major species found in each season were: Engraulis japonica TEMMINCK & SCHLEGEL, Diaphus laws GILBERT, carangids, and scombrids in spring, Stolephorus tri (BLEEKER), Stolephorus indicus VAN HASSELT, and gobiids in summer, priacanthids, and Stolephorus tri (BLEEKER) in fall, and Engraulis japonica TEMMINCK & SCHLEGEL, priacanthids, and Sillago japonica TEMMINCK & SCHELEGEL in winter.
