以沙條廢棄物製造魚溶漿和魚粉養殖淡水大蝦之效果

Effects of Feeding Fish Soluble and Fish Meal Produced from Small Sharks Wastes on the Growth of Fresh Water Prawn

摘要


為充分利用小型鯊魚(沙條)之廢棄物,乃將其製成魚粉及魚溶漿,實驗飼養淡水大蝦之效果。由實驗得知,以沙條廢棄物為原料,製成魚溶漿之最適條件為pH 3.85,50℃,自家消化4小時。以casein為蛋白質來源,添加各種成分而配成基本飼料。將上述魚粉及魚溶漿以不同比例添加入基本飼料,飼養淡水大蝦。實驗後,發現添加魚溶漿入基本飼料後,可有效地促進淡水大蝦之成長。其中之一例為飼養6週後,添加3%乾重魚溶漿入基本飼料之實驗組,其體重為未添加者之1.28倍。以沙條廢棄物製成魚粉添加入基本飼料者,效果較差。

Small sharks wastes i. e., heads, tails, and viscera were dried to fish meal and auto-digested to fish soluble. It was determined that the optimum condition for autodigestion of fish wastes was for 4 hours at pH 3.85. A basal diet was prepared by using casein as the protein source, and supplemented with various ingredients. Different proportions of fish meal and fish soluble were added to the basal diet. The feeding effect of the diets on the growth of the fresh water prawn Macrobrachium rosenbergii was observed. It was found that the supplement of fish soluble to the diet was effective in promoting the growth of the prawn. One of the examples was that the body weight of the prawns which had been fed with the diet supplemented with fish soluble was 1.28 times higher than that of the control group. However, the supplement of fish meal was not as effective as that of fish soluble.
