以蝦類廢棄物製造蝦溶漿和蝦粉養殖淡水大蝦之效果

Effects of Feeding Shrimp Soluble and Shrimp Meal Produced from Shrimp Wastes on the Growth of Fresh Water Prawn

摘要


為提高海產蝦類廢棄物之利用,乃以其為原料製成蝦溶漿和蝦粉。再以蝦溶漿和蝦粉調配飼料,研究其飼養淡水大蝦之效果。由實驗得知,以海產蝦類廢棄物製造蝦溶漿之最適條件為50℃,pH 3.6,自家消化4小時。為知市販淡水大蝦飼料之效果,乃以二種市售淡水大蝦飼料與以40%casein為蛋白質來源並添加各種成分而得之基本飼料,實驗養蝦。實驗後發現基本飼料組之養蝦效果相等或優於市販飼料。將上述蝦溶漿和蝦粉添加入基本飼料,飼養淡水大蝦,經10週後,發現添加蝦溶漿於基本飼料之蝦平均體重為未添加者之1.4倍,添加蝦粉者為未添加者之1.2倍。由此可知,以蝦廢棄物製成蝦溶漿或蝦粉加入飼料中,極有助於淡水大蝦之成長。

Sea shrimp waste was dried to shrimp meal and autodigested to shrimp soluble. It was found that the optimum condition for autodigestion was for 4 hours at pH 3.58. A basal diet was prepared by using casein as the protein source, and supplemented with various ingredients. The basal diet was compared with 2 market feeds. It was found that the feeding effect of the basal diet was equal to or better than that of the market feeds. Different proportions of shrimp meal and shrimp soluble were added to the basal diet. The feeding effect of the diets on the growth of the fresh water prawn Macrobrachium rosenbergii was observed. It was found that after 10 weeks of feeding, the average weight of the prawns fed with the diet supplemented with shrimp soluble was 1.4 times higher than of the controls, while those fed with the diet supplemented with shrimp meal were 1.2 times heavier than the control group. The addition of shrimp soluble or shrimp meal to the diet was effective in promoting the growth of the prawn.
