摘要


本研究成功開發了防撞鋼樑所需鋼材及建立感應熱處理量產技術,並針對低碳錳硼鋼材之性能進行評估。研究發現,低碳錳硼鋼管透過適當之感應加熱及噴水淬火製程,鋼材能完全變態成淬火麻田散鐵組織,具有TS ≧ 1470MPa之超高強度性能及EL ≧ 12%之優異延性。此外,此鋼樑具有良好穩定之彎曲吸收能及高速衝擊能特性,且鋼材於超高強度狀態下仍具有良好之抗延遲破裂性能。綜合評估說明經感應熱處理之低碳錳硼鋼管極適合作為汽車車門防撞鋼樑所用。

In this research we developed an induction heat treatment production technology to manufacture low carbon MnB steel for automobile door impact beam (DIB). After a sprayed water quenching and the induction heating treatment, the low carbon MnB steel has a well-developed martensitic structure exhibiting ultra-high tensile strength greater than 1470MPa and a good ductility more than 12% (GL=50mm). The induction heat treated low carbon MnB steel also has a good stable bending-absorption capability and a good delayed fracture resistance.
