再利用脫硫渣對鋼液性質之影響

Effects of Recycling Desulfurization Slag on the Characteristics of Molten Steel

本研究取得四組不同成分配比之再利用脫硫渣,藉著高週波爐進行鋼鐵熔煉脫硫實驗,探討不同配方之再利用脫硫渣對鋼液性質之影響。研究結果顯示四組再利用脫硫渣之主成份為CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO,且脫硫渣中包含(CaO)12(Al2O3)7、(CaO)54(MgO)(Al2O3)(SiO2)16、(CaO)3(SiO2)與(CaO)2(SiO2)等相。精煉脫硫實驗過程中可以發現四組脫硫渣皆可以在10分鐘內產生大面積液化的區域覆蓋在鋼液表面。脫硫率的好壞取決於再利用脫硫渣中free-CaO的含量,當脫硫渣中free-CaO的含量少於3%時,則鋼液中的硫含量會增加,造成鋼液回硫的現象產生。但是當脫硫渣中free-CaO的含量約為12%時,則鋼液中的硫含量會下降,且脫硫率約為10%左右。

The purpose of this investigation is to determine the effects of four different recycling desulfurization slags on the characteristics of molten steel. The experiment on refining molten steel is conducted using the high frequency induction melting furnace. Results show that the major compositions of four recycling desulfurization slags are CaO-SiO2-Al2O3-MgO and they have (CaO)12(Al2O3)7, (CaO)54(MgO) (Al2O3)(SiO2)16, (CaO)3(SiO2), and (CaO)2(SiO2) phases. During the experiment of desulfurization, four recycling desulfurization slags can produce large areas of molten regions to cover the molten steel within ten minutes. The degree of desulfurization is affected by the free-CaO contents of recycling desulfurization slags. As the free-CaO in the recycling desulfurization slag is less than 3%, the sulfur content of the steel increases. When the free-CaO in recycling desulfurization slag is about 12%, the ratio of desulfurization in steel is about 10%.
