水準測量應用於廢棄煤礦之地盤下陷災害研究-以台北縣東運瓷土礦為例

Using Leveling Measurements to Investigate Mine Ground Subsidence: A Case Study of Abandoned Tong-Yung Mine Area, Taipei County

摘要


煤礦開採後引發地盤下陷所造成之環境災害甚少研究,且礦區之空間資料得來不易。而國內目前一重要案例係為台北縣中和市東運瓷土礦(前身為彰和煤礦)於2000~2010年所發生多次的地盤下陷災害,且分布於距地表淺層有地下採掘跡之範圍。經濟部中央地質調查所環工組於2008~2010年間進行台灣地區之廢棄坑道地盤下陷災害案例調查以及災害潛勢評估計畫,期間針對東運瓷土礦進行了水準測量監測。結果顯示,現地四條主要測線之下陷量趨勢大致與多下陷槽模式推估者相似。雖然在時序尺度雖僅一年之下陷量累積,但本研究仍希望透過持續監測之時序資料,提供下陷模式之建立參考數據,以及未來在廢棄煤礦之土地開發利用之災害分析與災害潛勢評估參考。

Coal mining may cause hazardous ground subsidence. It is very important to be able to identify the underground spatial relationship between the overburden and the adits / inclined shafts for mining excavation. We used the GIS spatial analysis and 3D-simulation to characterize the adits / inclined shafts and ground subsidence of Tong-Yung mine. An analysis of leveling measurement data obtained during 2009~2010 showed that the ground deformation and collapse occurred in the shallow overburden area. The subsidence troughs and trends of 4 measured lines are correlated with multiple ground subsidence as described by the 3D-simulation. This study provided a technique to determine the subsidence pattern and the potential ground subsidence of abandoned mines.
