摘要

中鋼公司鋼板工場陸續於2004、2008年完成4HI軋機更新及加速冷卻（ACC）與熱整平機區域電控系統更新，軋延區之整體軟硬體能力達到世界一流的水準，為生產更好的鋼材及為客戶創造更好的環保應用以符合更好環境需求，並期望為全世界共同努力的節能減碳工作作出貢獻，因此決定挑戰鋼板生產最困難的技術之一－LP鋼板生產。LP（Longitudinally Profiled）鋼板是在長度方向作連續厚度變化的鋼板，能夠配合客戶的需求－對應負荷應力的變化來使用，具有削減結構物重量及省略鋼板銲接手續的優點，是典型的綠色鋼材，主要應用於造船及橋樑結構，在歐洲及日本已有相當多的應用實績。中鋼鋼板工場經過2年多來的努力、發展，確立了生產LP鋼板所需具備的軋延控制、熱整平、放樣剪切等產製技術。據此得以生產應對各種用途所要求的8種樣式（Type）LP鋼板。本文介紹LP鋼板的特點及其應用的情形，中鋼鋼板工場所開發出的LP鋼板生產技術及生產實績。

After revamping CSC Plate Mill's 4HI mill and electric control systems of ACC & Hot Plate Leveler to world class facilities in the last six years, we decided to develop the monumental manufacturing technology and mills for heavy LP (Longitudinally Profiled) Plate production.LP plate is a special kind of plate with varying specified thickness along its longitudinal length. It is custom made to satisfy customer needs for structures that require specified load stress change. The advantages of using such plate are decreased steel structure weight and welding works. It is typical ”green” steel mainly used in ship and bridge buildings popularly adopted in Europe and Japan.CSC Plate Mill has developed and established the needed new technologies for LP plate production-rolling, hot leveling, layout and shearing...etc. We can produce 8 types of LP plate to satisfy the need of most applications.This paper introduces the feature of LP plate and its use, the production technologies and the performance of CSC Plate Mill.
