以聚合法製作之聚酯奈米複合材料於功能性紡織品之應用

Polymerization of Nano-composite FirPET for Making Functional Textile

摘要


本研究係使用台東縣海端鄉利稻村向陽地區之天然絹雲母礦為基礎原料,製作出穩定分散之乙二醇奈米分散液(FirEG),此乙二醇奈米分散液可直接參與聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(polyethylene terephthalate, PET)之聚酯聚合反應。在聚合製程中,將FirEG與反應單體(對苯二甲酸及乙二醇)同時加入反應槽中,接續進行酯化反應及聚合反應,產出含有1%奈米粒子之聚酯粒(FirPET100)。FirPET 100聚酯粒與常規聚酯粒以1:4混合抽紗,得到含有0.2%奈米粒子之聚酯纖維(FirPET 102)。以FirPET 102纖維織成之平織布,具有高達0.9之遠紅外線放射率,其可使人體血液循環加快,而促使人體自體發熱、體溫升高並加速新陳代謝;另外,此材料亦具有非常優異的抗紫外線功能,其防紫外線等級(UVRProtection Factor, UPF)為50+,歸類為“非常非常好防護”之最高等級。

In this work, natural mineral Sericite (from Li-Dao Village, Hai-duan Borough, Taitung County) was used to make nano disperse ethylene glycol additive (FirEG). FirEG and monomers (EG and TPA) are added in polyethylene terephthalate (PET) polyester polymerization process to make multifunctional polyester 1% nano-composites (FirPET 100). The 1% nano-composite is then made into functional 0.2 % nano-composite textile (FirPET 102). Fabric made of this functional textile can reflect ultraviolet ray and convert ultraviolet ray into far-infrared (FIR).
