SPA-H鋼料銲接性能提升

Enhanced Weldability of Container Steel, SPA-H

摘要


某集裝箱客戶抱怨SPA-H耐候鋼料,在高效率銲接時(120cm/min)出現銲寬不足、燒穿、銲道滲透性差等問題,須降速生產,導致貨櫃日產量無法達標,要求供應商改善鋼料品質。經現場會驗與模擬銲接試驗,研判因(1)鋼料成分設計導致熔池滲透性不足,銲接時須配合加大電流,導致入熱量過大而燒穿比例增加、(2)鋼捲平坦度水準不穩定或內部殘留應力較大,易造成兩塊鋼板銲接時銲道偏移與高低落差,形成銲穿。經採(1)調整成分,改善熔池滲透性,(2)薄板鋼料經調質與張力整平,釋放殘留應力;改善料經客戶驗證,銲道燒穿、滲透不足現象皆獲改善,符合高效率銲接需求,成功提升SPA-H鋼料之銲接性能,滿足下游客戶日趨嚴謹之加工條件與產品需求。

The poor weldability of the container steel, SPA-H caused welding defects such as narrow weldment, burn through and incomplete penetration. Customers requested CSC group to improve the weldability of the container steel, SPA-H. After on site checking with container manufacturer and welding experiments in the laboratory we found the welding defects were caused by (1) poor steel composition resulting in poor welding pool permeability and (2) unstable flatness of the steel strip. CSC increased the sulfur content and used better leveling process to create a deep welding pool and released the residual stress of strips. The enhanced weldability of SPA-H helped container manufacturer improve productivity.
