預措及保鮮劑對菊切花品質及瓶插壽命這影響

Effect of Pretreatment and Preservatives on Quality and Vase-life of Cut Chrysanthemum

摘要


省産菊花採收後隨既以1000 ppm硝酸銀預措10分鍾,可由促進水分平衡而延長壽命,且可減少瓶插前重新修整莖基之手續。世界一及秋之粧品種以5~15%蔗糖預措,對瓶插品質效果單用1000 ppm硝酸銀處理相似。在九月採收的白鶴台與東亞品種,預措硝酸銀之效果較七月或五月採收者佳。以二氯異三聚氰酸鈉鹽(sodium dichloroisocyanurate, Na-DICA)預措效果不如使用硝酸銀。採收後預措1000 ppm硝酸銀溶液10分鍾,且於瓶插使用保鮮劑(蔗糖、200 ppm 8-HQS及25 ppm硝酸銀),可得良好之水分平衡及最佳之品質。

Impregnating sterna with silver nitrate solution 1000 ppm for 10 mins after harvest resulted in butter balance, quality and vase-life, and could eliminated the need to recut sterna after transportation. ”Shyh-Jieh-I” chrysanthemum used floral preservatives in vase solution bud a more positive effect on bloom diameter than pulsing with sucrose before shipment. The impregnating silver nitrate solution treatment had been show better result in September than in May or July for 2 cultivars of Pai-Huo-Tai and Dong-Ya chrysanthemum. The authers recommend impregnating stems with 1000 ppm silver nitrate solution before transportation following by preservatives as vase solution will gain the best quality and longest vase-life.
