摘要

臺灣中部香蕉園中根瘤線蟲之種類有南方根瘤線蟲Meloidogyne incognita (Kofoid & White, 1919) Chitwood，1949；爪哇根瘤線蟲M. javanica (Treub, 1885) Chitwood，1949，及花生根瘤線蟲M. arenaria (Neal, 1889) Chitwood，1949等三種。在臺中、南投和彰化三縣市中，以臺中縣蕉園罹患根瘤線蟲病最嚴重，南投縣次之，而以彰化縣最輕。

Three Root-knot nematode species distributed in the banana yards of Taiwan central parts. They are Meloidogyne incognita (Kofoid & White, 1919) Chitwood, 1949; M. javanica (Treub, 1885) Chitwood, 1949 and M. arenaria (Neal, 1889) Chitwood, 1949. Banana Plants are highly infected by root-knot nematodes at Taichung area, Nantou area is the next, but is not seriously at Changhua.
