桃半成熟枝及成熟枝扦插繁殖

摘要

以半成熟枝或成熟枝插穗可以促進發根。半成熟枝插穗之發根率高於成熟枝扦插，發根率因品種不同而有異。將Premier品種半成熟枝基部縱切，並以IBA 500ppm處理，扦插介質以泥炭土／珍珠石(1/4)組合之發根率效果最佳，可達55%。本試驗結果提供桃密植栽培所需之大最經濟苗木之可行生產途徑。

Peach semihardwood or hardwood cuttings have been successfully rooted with rooting agent (IBA). The rooting percentages of semihardwood cuttings were better than those of hardwood cuttings, and both depended on the cultivars. ”Premier” peach semihardwood cuttings that the base were wounded and dipped with 500ppm IBA, and peatmoss/perlite (1/4) as propagation medium, can reach the maxium rooting percentage of 55%. This results showed that the massive and inexpensive source of nursery trees for high density planting of peachs such as meadow orchard was possible
