氰胺對打破小蒼蘭球莖休眠之影響

Effect of Hydrogen Cyanamide on Breaking Corm Dormancy of Freesia×Hybrida Bailey

摘要


本試驗以2.5%, 1.00%, 0.50%, 0.10%, 0%氰胺處理,浸泡5分鐘,打破小蒼蘭球莖的休眠。調查萌芽率,50%萌芽所需天數,平均芽長等項目。 氰胺對小蒼蘭球莖,有打破休眠,縮短萌芽天數,增加芽數及芽長的效果。其中以0.5%效果最佳。1.0%以上對小蒼蘭造成死亡率提高,側芽數增加,萌芽延遲但整齊。對經不同儲藏時間,品種間及大小球間打破休眠所需的適當濃度不同。處理10-15天後,球莖表面有綠化的現象,濃度愈高綠化程度愈深。

Summary The effects of the plant growth regulator hydrogen cyanamide on the dormancy breaking of freesia (Freesia x Hybrids Bailey) corm were examined, One half percent of hydro-gen cyanamide (or 1% of Dormex) was effective to break corm dormancy and accelerate their growth. Higher concentration of hydrogen cyanamide induced more lateral bud emergence. After two month storage at room temperature 22-27℃, most of the corms were sensitive to higher concentration, Two and hlaf percent of hydrogen cyanamide was sublethal to large ”Red Flower” corm. The optimum concentration of hydrogen cyanamide to break dormancy of freesia corm was variable depending on the duration of storage, corm size and variety.
