硝酸態氮與銨態氮比例對文心蘭植物無機元素含量與開花之影響

Effect of NO3(superscript -)-N/NH4(superscript +) Raito on the Plant Inorganic Elements Content and Flowering of Oncidium spp.

摘要


本試驗以文心蘭雜交切花品種Oncidium. 'Gower Ramsey'及盆花品種Onc. 'Aloha Iwanaga'爲試驗材料,在等氮量相同條件下,施用不同NO3(上標 -)-N/NH4(上標 4)氮源肥料,依序NO3(上標 -):NH4(上標 +)-N之比例爲1:0、10:1、6:1及4:1之四種處理配方,調查對文心蘭植株無機成分含量之變化及開花之影響。試驗結果顯示,隨著NH4(上標 +)氮源濃度的增加,植株體內氮及磷的濃度有增加的趨勢,而鉀、鈣、鎂的濃度則呈下降的趨勢,當NO3(上標 -)-N: NH4(上標 +)-N比例爲1:0時,植株體內含氮量最低,但鉀、鈣、鎂之含量最高。開花品質兩品種均NO3(上標 -)-N: NH4(上標 +)-N比例爲6:1時最佳。

Oncidium orchids fur cut flower production, Onc. 'Gower Ramsey' and potted oucidium, Onc. Aloha Iwanaga' were fertigated by same nitrogen does with four ratio of NO3(superscript -)-N:NH4(superscript +)-N, which are 1:0, 10:1, 6:1, and 4:1 respectively. The inorganic element contents were changed. The flowering was influenced through different nitrogen source were reported. The more nitrogen source from NH4(superscript +)-N resulted in the higher nitrogen and phosphorus content in plant tissue. However, potassium, calcium and magnesium content were decreased. The nitrogen content was the lowest in oncidium plant tissue when the ratio of NO3(superscript -)-N: NH4(superscript +)-N=1:0 for nitrogen source fertigation. Nevertheless, potassium, calcium and magnesium were the highest as well at nitrogen source fertigation supplied. The flowering quality of Onc. 'Gower Ramsey' and 'Aloha Iwanaga' presented with the best when nitrogen supply from NO3(superscript -)-N:NH4(superscript +)-N=6:1.
