台灣金線連之繁殖、栽培管理、生理及藥理活性分析

摘要

台灣金線連爲民間極珍貴之藥用植物。現在多用組織培養繁殖，但出瓶苗極易感染疾病與紅蜘蛛。本文希望藉由金線連之文獻整理，例如植株之形態、生理、組織培養、栽培管理、分生技術、藥理的活性分析等，以瞭解台灣金線連之研究現況，期望在實際栽培過程中，能降低病蟲害、減少農藥的施用並提高植株存活率。更進一步，從生物活性及藥理的研究，由動物試驗結果顯示，台灣金線連有降血壓及保肝等功效，具有開發成爲保健食品的潛力。

Anoectochilus formosanus is an important ethnomedical plant in Taiwan. Now they were massively propagated by tissue culture. But in vivo, they were susceptible to diseases and mites. This article is a review for those studies on A. formosanus in plant morphology, physiology, micropropagation, culture management, molecular biotechnology, and pharmacological activities. An attempt for reducing the need for insecticides and pesticides and for promoting survival rates for micropropagated plantlets in vivo of A. formosanus was highly expected. According to biological and pharmacological researches, the result of animal experimental showed that A. formosanus was useful for reducing hypertension and good for liver protection. These results indicate that A. formosanus has good potential as a healthy food.
