模糊理論在決定社區居民空間秩序感之研究－以台南市西區運河爲例

摘要

本文主要針對以模糊理論決定社區居民對空間秩序感之重要度，並以台南市西區運河舊社區風貌之創造為例進行探討，與以往研究不同的是，本文以考量社區文化與居民空間秩序感的觀點為出發點，且城市風貌亦著重在居民空間秩序感之分析上。因此，居民空間秩序感的評估結果，如何影響到城市社區風貌的創造，乃成為本文的重點。 本文首先利用問卷調查取得居民對空間秩序的評估，再以模糊理論排定社區空間美感項目及指標的重要優先順序，作為未來都市規劃單位進行城市風貌創造時規劃的參考。結果發現：在評估指標方面，居民評估最高前五名依序是：價值感、親切性、整齊性、輕鬆性、寬敞性與調和性。最低五名依序是：變化性、平直性與陪襯性、現代感、優美感及安全性，這六項乃成為未來都市規劃單位最需要優先創造的空間風貌指標。在評估項目方面，未來城市風貌的規劃重點依序是：交通狀況、建築景觀、喜歡程度、熱鬧程度、設法讓人常來、以及讓人知道。本研究提供一個簡單有效的空間秩序評估數量方法，其結果可以讓社區規劃單位比較有效地排定工作項目的優先順序。

The aim of this paper is to study community inhabitants' spatial order of West District in Tainan City by fuzzy theory. In this study, we set up a spatial order fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on Fuzzy theory, together with empirical study in study area, we obtained the outcomes about priorities of community spatial order indexes and items. In evaluation indexes, changefulness, straightness and embellishment, modernity, beauty and safety will be the best six priorities in spatial landscape construction in future. In evaluation items, we will select spatial planning items in order as follows: transportational problem, architectural landscape, degree of liking, degree of business, let someone to come and let someone to know. A simple and efficient spatial order fuzzy evaluation method is provided in this study.
