花姬捲葉蛾(Cydia notanthes)及粗腳姬捲葉蛾(Cryptophlebia ombrodelta)不同純度合成性費洛蒙Z8-12:Ac 誘蟲活性之改進

Improvement of the attractiveness of the synthetic (Z)-8-dodecenyl acetate (purity 96%) to Cydia notanthes and Cryptophlebia ombrodelta.

摘要


乙酸(Z)-8-十二烯-1-基酯((Z)-8-dodecen-1-y1 acetate, Z8-12:Ac)是花姬捲葉蛾(Cydia notanthes)及粗腳姬捲葉蛾(Cryptophlebia ombrodelta(Lower))之主要性費洛蒙成份。當合成Z8-12:Ac時產生的同分異構物乙酸(E)-8-十二烯-1-基酯((E)-8-dodecen-1-y1 acetate﹐E8-12:Ac)有抑制Z8-12:Ac花姬捲葉蛾誘蟲活性作用;而誘引組腳姬捲葉蛾主要性費洛蒙成分為X8-12:Ac/E8-12 : Ac = 96/4 。本試驗於台南及員林地區楊桃園進行田間誘蟲試驗,測試乙酸1-十二酯(1-dodecyl acetate﹐1-12:Ac)、乙酸1-十六酯(1-hexadecyl acetate﹐1-16:Ac)、乙酸1-十八酯(1-octadecyl acetate﹐1-18:Ac)、(Z)- 8-十二烯-1-醇((Z)-8-dodecen-1-ol﹐Z8-12:OH)及(E)-8-十二烯-1-醇((E)-8-dodecen-1-ol﹐E8-12:OH)等五個添加物混合不同純度Z8-12:Ac之配方對花姬捲葉蛾及粗腳姬捲葉蛾之誘蟲活性影響。結果顯示不同純度Z8-12: Ac如配方Z8-12:Ac/E8-12:Ac=96/4、90/10、80/20、50/50,分別混合1-12:Ac、1-16:Ac、1-18:Ac、E8-12:OH及Z8-12:OH等成分,當固定誘餌總劑量為l mg及配方中固定Z8 - 1 2 :Ac 為500 ug時, 其中僅Z8-12: OR 具有改善由純度96%之Z8 - 1 2 :Ac 配製之配方對花姬捲葉蛾之誘蟲活性,其誘蟲效果分別相同及顯著高於對照配方Z8-12 : Ac/E8-12 : Ac/Z8-12 : OH =100/0/0者。對粗腳姬捲葉蛾而言,當固定誘餌總劑量為1 mg 時,僅Z8 - 12 : OH 具有提升由純度90%之Z8- 1 2 : Ac配製之誘餌之誘蟲活性高於對照配方Z8- 1 2 :Ac/E8-12 :Ac/Z8-12:OR=96/4/30者。當配方中固定Z8 - 1 2 :Ac 為500 ug時,分別添加E8 - 12 :OH 及Z8 - 1 2 : OH時,由純度90%之28 - 1 2 :Ac 配製的誘餌,其對粗腳姬捲葉蛾之誘引效果可提升至分別相同及高於與由Z8 - 12 : Ac/E8-12 : Ac = 96/4 配製的對照配方者。因此,配製花姬捲葉蛾及粗腳姬捲葉蛾誘引有效配方,Z8-12 : Ac 純度要求分別為96%及90%。

(Z)-8-dodecen-1-y1 acetate (Z8-12:Ac) is the main component of sex pheromones of Cydia notanthes Meyrick and Cryptophlebia ombrodelta (Lower). The isomer of Z8-12:Ac, (E)-8-dodecen-1-y1 acetate (E8-12:Ac), may inhibit the attraction of Z8-12:Ac to C. notanthes. The component Z8-12:Ac with purity 96% was suitable for trapping C. ombrodelta. In this experiment, five additives of 1-dodecyl acetate (1-12:Ac), 1-hexadecyl acetate (1-16:Ac), 1-octadecyl acetate (1-18:Ac), (Z)-8-dodecen-1-ol (Z8-12:OH), and (E)-8-dodecen-1-ol (E8-12:OH) were added to the base of Z8-12:Ac/ E8-12:Ac = 96/4 and used as attractants for C. notanthes and C. ombrodelta in the carambola orchards in Nanshi Township, Tainan County and Yuanlin Township, Changhua County, Taiwan. The results showed that the additives of 1-12:Ac, 1-16:Ac, 1-18:Ac and E8-12:OH did not influence the attraction of the mixture of Z8-12:Ac/E8-12:Ac=96/4 to C. notanthes. However, Z8-12:OH did enhance the attraction. Percentages of total C. notanthes males trapped with the formula Z8-12:Ac/E8-12:Ac/ Z8-12:OH = 96/4/30 at 3 experiments were 81.2, 69.6 and 69.6%, respectively. For C. ombrodelta, additives of 1-12:Ac, 1-16:Ac, and 1-18:Ac did not influence the attractiveness of the mixture of Z8-12:Ac/E8-12:Ac=96/4. Additives, E8-12:OH and Z8-12:OH, increased the attractiveness of Z8-12:Ac/E8-12:Ac=96/4 to C. ombrodelta significantly. The percentage of total males captured in treatment of Z8-12:Ac/E8-12:Ac/Z8-12:OH = 96/4/30 was higher than that of Z8-12:Ac/E8-12:Ac =96/4. The percentage of total C. ombrodelta males trapped with the formula Z8-12:Ac/E8-12:Ac/Z8-12:OH = 96/4/30 was higher than those trapped with other formula. Component Z8-12:Ac with purity 96% may improve its attractiveness to C. notanthes by adding Z8-12:OH to its sex pheromone formula. Addition of Z8-12:OH and E8-12:OH to Z8-12:Ac with purity 96% may increase its attractive effect on C. ombrodelta.
