3He State on the Surface of Ion Bubbles in Liquid Helium

A first principle calculation of He^3 state on the surface of bubble created by an electron in dilute *He-'He solution is presented. In support of Dahm's model of condensation of 3He on the surface of .the bubbles, we find there is indeed a *He bound surface state, The energy is at 1.3°K lower than the chemical potential in bulk solution. There is no any adjustable parameter in the calculation.
