The Effects of Oxygen Vacancies and Grain-Boundary Scattering on the Transport Property of Y1Ba2Cu3O7-δ Films

A modified Boltzmann resistivity can successfully elucidate the negative TCR of YBCO thin films. The saturated resistivity of low temperatures predicted by grain-boundary scattering accompanied with partial superconductivity, is also observed. A qualitative fitting suggests that the unusual broadening of transition width is resulting from inhomogeneous vacancies of oxygen atoms.
