A DC-SQUID (Superconducting Quantum Interference Device) has been successfully fabricated by a standard photolithography technique and wet chemical etching method. The SQUID is made from TlBaCaCuO films with a thickness of 1.5-2 μm on (001) MgO and YBaCuO films with a thickness of 0.2-0.5 pm on (001) SrTiO3 bicrystals using a natural and artificial grain boundary junction, respectively. The RSJ-junction behavior in I- V characteristics and periodic modulation of Voltage-flux characteristics can be observed at 77 K for both kinds of SQUIDS. The fabrication process, I - V curves, V - H curves and noise characteristics of the SQUIDS are presented.
