We take the one-dimensional Ising model as a toy model to simulate the fluctuations in the multiparticle production of high energy collisions. Scaling relations among the factorial moments and the cumulants are derived analytically and compare well with the experimental data. The success of this toy model implies that moment analysis reveals more statistics than dynamics. In the multiparticle production, the resultant fluctuations can be understood from a simple statistical model.
