Function Cascade Synchronization with Fully Unknown Parameters for Chaotic and Hyperchaotic Systems

並列摘要

The cascade technique has been applied extensively to many fields. This work applies the function cascade synchronization approach to make the states of identical chaotic and hyperchaotic systems asymptotically synchronized. Although this method had been proposed previously, the process was illogical and the result was imperfect. We remedy the defects and present a logical and rigorous scheme to achieve function cascade synchronization with fully unknown parameters. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, the adaptive controllers and the corresponding parameter update law are designed to achieve function cascade synchronization for the chaotic Rössler system and the hyperchaotic Lorenz-Stenflo system with fully unknown parameters. Numerical simulations are performed to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of our proposed control scheme.
