惠蓀林場紅檜人工林與闊葉樹次生林之種豐富度指數分析

Analysis of Species Abundance Indices for the Taiwan Red Cypress Plantations and a Secondary Broadleaf Forest at Hue-Sun Forest Station

摘要


本研究係針對惠蓀林場紅檜人工林與闊葉樹次生林之植群監測調查資料,透過屬α歧異度層級之七種的種豐富度指數分析,以瞭解其群落中之物種歧異度的差異,及紅檜人工林於疏伐前後之歧異度變化。結果顯示以各樣區喬木層植物而言,紅檜人工林之C2樣區的歧異度最高,而C3樣區最低,且248號造林地之紅檜人工林、闊葉樹次生林的歧異度皆高於242號造林地之紅檜人工林,其中248號造林地之紅檜人工林與闊葉樹次生林的歧異度相當,此係因248號造林地之紅檜株數較少,且比242號造林地有較多補植的木荷,以及其它入侵的優勢闊葉樹種,如香桂、竹葉楠、紅花八角、豬腳楠、綠樟、狗骨仔、反刺櫧等;又疏伐後僅242號造林地之紅檜人工林T樣區的歧異度較明顯增加。另由疏伐前1998年調查結果發現,242號造林地之紅檜人工林的Q歧異度高於248號造林地之紅檜人工林、闊葉樹次生林,又1999年疏伐前之闊葉樹次生林H1樣區的Q歧異度,較1998年明顯增加,而其餘樣區之Q歧異度在一年內亦多具差異,此揭露群落內中等豐富度物種更迭的動態變化。此外,各樣區地被層植物於疏伐前,其歧異度在不同季節間僅具些微變動,而疏伐後雖有陽性植物入侵,然歧異度亦無明顯變化,整體而言,紅檜人工林與闊葉樹次生林之地被層植物的歧異度頗高;另各樣區之Q歧異度亦因群落內中等豐富度物種的影響,而於不同季節具明顯變動。

We used seven different types of species abundance indices of α diveristy level to realize the differentce of species divesity for each community and the change before and after thinning in the Taiwan red cypress (Chamaecyparis formosensis Matsum.) plantations. The data were based on a monitoring study in the Taiwan red cypress plantations and a secondary broadleaf forest at Hue-Sun Forest Station. The overstory diversity was highest in plot C2 and lowest in plot C3 in the Taiwan red cypress plantations. The diversities in plantation 248 and adjacent secondary broadleaf forest were comparable and were higher than the Taiwan red cypress plantation in plantation 242. The two former communities with similar diveristy were the results of fewer Taiwan red cypress trees and the presence of replanted Schima superba Gardn. & Champ, and other invading dominate broadleaf species, such as Cinnamomum subavenium Miq., Litsea acuminata (Blume) Kurata, Illicium arborescens Hayata, Machilus thunbergii Sieb. & Zucc., Meliosma squimulata Hance, Tricalysia dubia (Lindl.) Ohwi, Castanopsis eyrei (Champ.) Hutch., etc. in plantation 248. Only plot T in plantation 242 showed an increase in diversity after thinning. The Taiwan red cypress plantation in plantation 242 had higher Q diveristy than that in plantation 248 and the secondary broadleaf forest before thinning in 1998. The Q diversity in the secondary broadleaf forest plot H1 increased significantly between 1998 and 1999 before thinning. Other plots also showed the change in Q diversity between years. This showed the dynamic change of tree species with median abundance within the community. Furthure, The understory diversity in all plots showed only minor variation between seasons. Even with the invasion of shade-intolerant species after thinning, the diversity remained similar. The understory diversity was high in both Taiwan red cypress plantations and secondary broadleaf forest. The Q diversity showed fluctuations between seasons and among plots, which was influenced by the species with median abundance in the communities.
