摘要

一個國家的內政與對外行為之間的關連性，是當代國際關係研究中的新課題，而以色列是在這一研究方向中的極為特殊例子。以色列自立國之後，其國內政治與外交關係，即受到國防安全議題的主宰，由於國防安全的考量，以色列的內政與外交，都展現與其他國家不同的特色。

The relations between domestic politics and external behavior is a relatively new subject in international studies. However, Israel has been a rare and exceptional case in the area. Since its independence in 1948, Israel's domestic politices and foreign policy and foreign behavior have been dominated by the paramount issue of national security. Because of its concerns over national security, both Israel's domestic politics and foreign policy present a very different character from other countries.
