空中運輸的檢疫與消毒

摘要

自古以來，旅行便為疾病傅播的重要因素。過去國際間旅運以海上為主，因费時日，疾病在旅途中就已發作，因而港埠检疫極為重要。今天，航空運輸快捷便利，相封地缩短了時間與空間，潜伏期内旅客疾病的傅播更構成了检疫工作上的一大挑戰。如何阻止航空旅客带入傅染病已是国際检疫工作上的一大重要課题。船舶检疾以論述甚多，本文謹就空中運輸的检疫典消毒，從實務的觀點分(1)機场設施，(2)人员检疫，(3)貨品與動植物检疫，(4)排泄物處理，(5)航機消毒，(6)(氵威)毒措施等做重黔的討論與介紹。此外，對检疫工作来說，随時保持高度的警覺性是絕對必要的。

Since ancient times, travel has been one of main factors in the spread of diseases. In the past, most of the international transportations were by sea, and it would take several weeks or months for traveling. The symptoms of infectious diseases would appear in the journey. In order to prevent any infectious disease spread by traveller, quarantine for boat or seaport was required. Today, as the air transportation is convenient and fast, infected travelers may spread the diseases during the incubation period. This is great challenge to the international quaratine activities. So how to screen the infected air-traveler and prevent any diseases from spreading are a big job to the international quarantine. From practical viewpoint, we would like to discuss the quarantine and disinfection on air transportation. Here are six subject to be presented as follows: (1) Sanitation Requirements for Airport, (2) Personal Quarantine, (3) Quarantine for Cargo, Animal, Plants, (4) Dispostition of Excretion, (5) Disinsect ion of Aircraft and (6)Deratting. Besides constant vigilance in quarantine is also of high necessity.
