The Ratio between Plasma Pyridoxal Phosphate and Pyridoxal Alteration in Azotemic Rats

腎功能失常大白鼠血漿中比哆醛與磷酸比哆醛間的比值發生改變

本研究在探討尿毒動物血漿中磷酸比哆醛和磷酸比哆醛間的平衡關係及各型式B-6在肝臟組織中的分佈情形。雄性大白鼠隨機分為對照組及尿毒組,對照組的食物攝取量與尿毒組相同。尿毒組動物是以手術方式引發尿毒狀況,對照組大白鼠則施以假手術。手術後9周分別收取尿液、血液及肝臟組織檢體。實驗結束時尿毒組與對照組的體重無顯著差異。尿毒組大白鼠血液中的尿素含田顯著高於對照組;尿中的肌酸酐含量則顯著低於對照組。肝臟和血漿中各型式的B-6是以高效液相層析法分析之。兩組肝臟中的磷酸比哆胺、比哆胺、磷酸比哆醛、比哆醛和比哆酸的含量均無統計上差異。血漿比哆醛和磷酸比哆醛總和方面,兩組間無顯著差異。但尿毒組血漿磷酸比哆醛含量明顯的低於對照組;且尿毒組血漿中比哆醛;磷酸比哆醛間比值顯著高於對照組。本研究結果顯示尿毒動物血漿磷酸比哆醛濃度下降與血漿磷酸比哆醛與比哆醛間的平衡發生改變有關。

The distribution of both plasma pyridoxal phosphate and pyridoxal as well as concentrations of liver B-6 vitamers were studied in chronically azotemic rats. Uremic condition was induced by five-sixths nephrectomy. Plasma and liver B-6 vitamers were analyzed by HPLC. Concentrations of liver vitamin B-6 vitamers were not significantly different between the control and uremic groups. The concentrations of plasma pyridoxal phosphate were significantly lower in the uremic group than those of the control group. The levels of plasma total B-6 aldehyde (pyridoxal phosphate+pyridoxal) were, however, not significantly different between the control and uremic groups. The plasma pyridoxal to pyridoxal phosphate ratio for the uremic group was 38% (p<0.05) higher than that for the control group. The present results indicated that the homeostasis of vitamin B-6 was altered in uremic rats.
