摘要

當代德國現象學者赫曼．許密茲以其身體現象學的獨到研究，推動醫學、現象學等不同學科的合作已有多年，其中「原始當前」即是身體現象學裡最重要的核心概念。「原始當前」共有五個環節，分別表示分布在身體中的五組動力狀態，形成我們對身體感受的整體架構。本文利用痛楚現象來說明「原始當前」的結構，並特別分析其最重要的「此一者」概念。身體性即是由「此一者」所確定的「混沌的雜多」之領域，並以「原始當前」的架構所維持住的存在方式。

There have been many years since the German contemporary phenomenologist Hermann Schmitz developed his body-phenomenology and used it to facilitate the cooperation between different disciplines such as medicine and phenomenology. ”Primary present” is one of his core concepts in body-phenomenology, which includes 5 different moments and represents the main frameworks in order to carry his analysis of body-phenomena out. In this article, I will discuss the structure of primary present by using pain-phenomena, and particularly I will put more interest on the moment ”dieses”. Exactly speaking, bodies are determined by ”dieses” as one region of chaotic manifolds, and their dynamic existence must be hold by the structure of primary present.
