Clinical Application of Customized Removable Clear orthodontic Aligners – Case Report

This case report focuses on the treatment of a patient whose teeth exhibited generalized spacing. Orthodontic treatment was performed by moving teeth through the use of set-up models and plastic appliances, called aligners, fabricated manually. Tooth movement for closing interdental spaces occurred in stages. Evidence showed that aligners could move a tooth at most 1 mm at each stage. Complete laboratory procedures are presented in this report.
