六種不同廠牌牙科用鎳鉻鑄造合金與陶瓷結合性質之比較

Comparison of porcelain-metal Bonding Properties of Six Ni-Cr Dental Casting Alloys

摘要


本研究目的是比較六種不同廠牌牙科用鎳鉻鑄造合金與陶瓷結合性質之差異性。利用三點彎曲試驗量測六種Ni-Cr鑄造合金燒附陶瓷後金屬與陶瓷介面的破裂負荷,以 one-way ANOVA 分析不同廠牌合金對破裂負荷的影響,並以Tukey's test做事後多重比較;分別利用掃描式電子顯微鏡及能量散佈光譜儀觀察金屬/陶瓷介面被裂形態及分析破裂介面化學成份;另外以X光光電子能譜儀及輝光放電分光儀分析Ni-Cr合金經氣化熱處理(990℃/5min)後氧化層表面的結構及縱深化學成份。結果顯示所有Ni-Cr合金氧化層表面主要成份均包括Cr2O3、NiO及少量 MoO3;氧化層內Al(主要為Al2O3)及Be(主要為BeO)的存在,可阻礙氣化層的過度成長,進而提高金屬與陶瓷介面的結合隨;氧化層內少量Ti(~3.8 at%;主要為TiO2)的存在對金屬與陶瓷介面結合性質並無影響。Ni-Cr合金廠牌對金屬燒附陶瓷之破裂位置並無影響,破裂均是發生在金屬與不透光陶瓷層交界處,且為黏著性(adhesive)的破裂形態。本研究結果得知:提高Ni-Cr合金中的Cr含量會增加金屬表面氧化層的厚度,進而降低金屬與陶瓷介面結合性;Ni-Cr合金中添加Al及Be可提高金屬與陶瓷介面結合隨,但少量Ti的添加則無影響。

In this study, we compared the bonding characterization between various Ni-Cr dental casting alloys and porcelain. A 3-point bending test was used to measure the interfacial fracture load between the porcelain and Ni-Cr alloys. One-way ANOVA was used to analyze the fracture load of the Ni-Cr alloy after porcelain firing against the factor of the alloy brand. Tukey's test was used as the multiple-comparison technique when necessary. Scanning electron microscopy, accompanied by energy dispersive spectrometry, was used to analyze the interfacial fracture morphology and chemical composition. X-ray photoelectron spectrometry and glow discharge spectrometry were respectively used to identify the structure and cross-sectional chemical composition of the oxide film on the Ni-Cr alloys after heat treatment at 990°C for 5 minutes. Results showed that the oxide film formed on all Ni-Cr alloys mainly contained Cr2O3, NiO, and a trace of MoO3. The presence of Al (mainly as A12O3) and Be (mainly as BeO) in the oxide film suppressed the growth of the oxide film, leading to better metal/porcelain bonding behavior. However, the presence of a small amount of Ti (mainly as TiO2) in the oxide film had no influence on the bonding behavior of the porcelain/metal. All fracture sites after bending tests occurred at the interface between the metal and porcelain, and exhibited an adhesive fracture morphology. From these results, we conclude that increasing the Cr content in Ni-Cr alloys leads to an increase in the thickness of the oxide film, causing a decrease in the interfacial bonding of the porcelain/metal. The addition of Al and Be in the Ni-Cr alloys increases the interfacial bonding between the metal and porcelain; while the addition of a small amount of Ti has no influence on the bonding behavior
