硫酸鹽法製漿廢液中酚類及長鍵脂肪酸類成分分析

摘要


本試驗旨在研究本省以硫酸鹽法製漿所産生廢液之成分。乃以異丙醇-水共沸物抽取之,經酸化後得到酚類及長鍵脂肪酸類之混合物,將抽出物或將其甲基化或三甲基矽醚化之衍生物,經由氣相層析-質譜儀(Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer)分析後確認廢液中之主要成分爲Vanillin, Acetovanillone、Syringaldehyde、Acetosyringone、Hexadecenoic Acid、Heptadecenoic Acid Heptadecenoic Acid 及 Octadecanoic Acid,約佔廢液中有機成分之85%。其比例爲:27%、16%、12%、19%、6.5%、1.3%、2%、1.8%。

The object of this experimental work is to study the extraction of phenols and fatty acid from kraft black liquor using isopropanol as a solvent. Black liquor, 350mє, resulting from the commercial hraft pulping of hardwood chips was employed as a starting material. The black liquor was extracted with azeotropic isopropanol containing 12.2% water at room temperature continunusly for ten cycles, using 3500mє of azeotropic isopropanol. The isopropanol solvent in the light phase was removed by distillation at 80℃. The resulting concentrated extract was diluted with water and was acidified with sulphuric acid until its pH was 6.5. The resulting black heavy precipitate was removed by filtration and the filtrate was extracted with diethyl ether at room temperature. The combined ether extracts were evaporated in a rotary evaporator to a minimum volume. The concentrate was treated with Diazomethane or TMS and then examined by Gas Chromatograph and Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer. The results of the analysis are shown the mixture of extract consisted of: Vanillin, 27%; Acetovanillone, 16%; Syringaldehyde, 12%; Acetosyringone, 19%; Hexadecenoic acid 6.5%; Heptadecanoic acid 1.3%; Heptadecenoic acid 2% and Octadecanoic acid 1.8%.
