木釘接合之靜曲與拔出強度(二)

摘要


木釘接合方式在家具製作上廣被使用,本研究前報已針對木釘直徑、長度、間距、埋入比例、嵌合度及布膠方式對以橡木為構件之木釘接合的靜曲及拔出強度之影響作一探討。 本部份則繼續探討構件樹種、膠合劑種類、布膠方式及嵌合度等因子,對木釘接合靜曲及拔出強度之影響;靜曲試驗之結果顯示各因子對木釘接合之靜曲強度之影響,依膠合劑種類、嵌合度、構件樹種及布膠方式之次序遞減,採UF膠本身之木釘接合一般具最佳之靜曲強度,PVAc者最弱,而使用AB膠之木釘接合比例限度荷重及最大荷重近於PVAc者,而比例限度斜率則近於UF膠者;除以相思木為構件的木釘接合外,具小嵌合度之木釘接合,一般呈現較佳之靜曲強度;過量布膠之木釘接合具最佳靜曲強度,但榫孔布膠及木釘布膠間差異不大;由比例限度荷重及斜率分別預估最大荷重,均有良好之成效,其中尤以比例限度荷重為佳。 至於各因子對木釘接合拔出強度之影響,則顯示以橡膠木構件之木釘接合因構件材質強度小於UF膠本身之膠合強度,故在拔出試驗時,有高比例(19/45)之橡膠木木釘接合之橫擋產生破裂;一般而言,最佳之拔出強度為以橡木構件、UF膠、二者均布、嵌合度1.0所組合之木釘接合為佳;由比例限度荷重及斜率來預估拔出最大荷重,成效普遍不佳,但由各影響因子來預估拔出最大荷重,其R^2值可達0.467;若由靜曲最大荷重來預估拔出最大荷重,則R^2亦高達0.624。

The effects of component species, glue type, glue spreading method, and fittness ratio on bending and withdrawal strength were examined in this research. Analyses on bending strength showed that the affecting level decreased in the order of glue type, fittness ratio, component species, and glue spreading method. The bending strength was strongest in UF joints, weakest in AB joints. Small fittness ratio resulted better bending strength except in acacia joints. Glue spreaded in both dowels and holes showed the best bending strength. The maximum load could be predicted by proportional load and slope successfully. The same factors adopted in the bending test were used to continually investigate the effects on joint withdrawal strength. Results showed that high proportion (19/45) of rubberwood joins glued with UF ruptured. In general, the best withdrawal strength existed in joints constructed by oak, UF, glue spreaded in both dowels and holes, and a fittness ratio of 1.0. The results of predicting maximum load from proportaional load and slope during withdrawal tests was not significant. However, the R^2 in predicting withdrawal maximum load from bending maximum load can reach 0.624.
