一人圖書館參考服務的通則

摘要
參考工作是圖書館協助讀者獲得問題答案，並幫助其了解與利用館藏資料的一種服務。在一人圖書館中，如何以單一的人力，有效並成功地提供參考服務，可說是一大挑戰。是以本文乃擬就一人圖書館的工作環境予以探討，剖析環境影響參考服務的要素，並就該環境下的參考工作，提出若干通則，以供參酌。

The reference service is to assist readers finding answers to their questions, understanding and utilizing the informations in the library. In one man library, it is quite a challenge to provide the reference service effectively and successfully with the single labor. This article will discuss the working setting of one man library and analyse the elements of the environment that influence the reference service. I hope the proposed principles of the reference service in one man library will help people who work in one man libraries.
