摘要

多媒體科技運用於各類圖書館、美術館與科學館的利用指導日趨普遍。由於這些科技的產品在於提供讀者一交談式的資訊提取途徑，故實有必要系統式地探討影響讀者與多媒體互動相關的要素，以便規劃一符合環境與個人需求的多媒體資訊系統。本文將分析的範疇就下列三大方面討論，包括（一）讀者之資訊消費環境；（二）多媒體的互動性；與（三）讀者認知過程。

The implementation of multimedia technology in various libraries and museums has become increasingly popular. While much effort has been emphasized on the use technology for providing interactive information, it is necessary to systematically explore and analyze important issues related to the readers and the use of multimedia systems. This article will address interaction from three aspects: (1) The environment; (2) The interactivity of multimedia; and (3) Readers' cognitive processes.
