摘要

虛擬圖書館的誕生，線上檢索成為經營者必須面臨的管理問題，多媒體資料日新月異，其間涉及著作權、病毒感染與受益者付費諸多困擾或爭執，本文經由個案解析，提醒圖書館管理者對多媒化經營需積極從事系統規劃，以預防流弊滋生。

In accordance with the appearance of virtual library, on-line researching and retrieval have be-come a popular fashion which managers face today. As the multimedia technology changes drastically, it involves several puzzles, such as the protection of copyright, the infection of computer virus and benefactor paying fees. Through case study analyses, the article reminds library manager while dealing with multimedia administration, with a view to prevent the accurrence of many problems, they should endeavow positively to the issue of systematic planning beforehand.
