In the information age, the ways for the library and information institute to get and supply the literatural information must differ from those before. After havingdescribed the traditional ways, the author gives the new ways in the environment of high and new technology. Though the literatural information in electronic form is more popular, the print will still play a tremendous role for some time. So, the combination between the print and electronic literature is also concerned here
