摘要

上海圖書館（上海圖書館，以下簡稱上圖）是一座研究型的公共圖書館，在上海市「文獻資源共建共享協作網」與「中心圖書館建設計畫」中，居於協調聯繫的樞紐位置，加上本身擁有5,000萬件的館藏資源，躋身世界前十大圖書館之列，儼然可謂華東地區的國家圖書館。本文謹就交換訪問期間觀察與學習心得，提出分享。其主要包括：（一）上圖概況；（二）館藏資源；（三）上海市各級圖書館的資源整合與分享；（四）上圖與上海科學技術情報研究所對海內外企業、個人乃至政府機構提供的文獻服務；以及（五）國際交流成果。

Shanghai Library is a research-oriented public library. It plays an important role in 'Shanghai Information Resources Network' and 'Project for Central Library Construction Work'.On account of its collections of 50 million items, Shanghai Library is the largest public library in China and is also one of the ten largest libraries in the world. This report is a feedback on my visit to Shanghai Library. I outline my gathering in the following five points: a brief introduction of Shanghai Library; Shanghai Library's rich resources; information resources integrated and shared with Shanghai Libraries; document-providing services for individuals, businesses or government by Shanghai Library and Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of Shanghai and achievement of International Exchange of Shanghai Library.
