協助國小圖書館自動化建置服務經驗談

摘要

21世紀的圖書館，以提供使用者e化資訊為服務要件。然而，囿於人力、物力、設備及相關知能之匱乏，國內小學圖書館在自動化方面的發展一直是國內圖書館界較少探討的一環。本文為個案經驗分享，經由詳細介紹一社團學生人力逾6年來協助桃竹苗地區逾100餘所國小圖書館進行e化作業的實務經驗，從場勘、出隊前的聯繫、駐校期間的協助與合作、出隊後的後續服務等活動內容，供有心協助國小圖書館e化服務的同道一參考實例。

The library in 21'st century features its e-information services. But as well as in the library business, the elementary library is continuously the weakest part because the lack of human resources, material resources, and budget.This article is a case study conducted by some students in National Hsinchu University of Education. According to the experience of helping more than 100 elementary school libraries performing automation in Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miali areas in more than 6 years, we synthesize the practical experiences in elementary school library automation. We also hope that this experience of sharing will be helpful for the library professionals and practitioners.
