A 78-year-old male had an unstable gait and an acutely altered sensorium. Radiological imaging identified a lobulated mass ithin the left lateral ventricle arising from the corpus callosum and around 4 cm in diameter. Tissue pathology showed a metastastic adenocarcinoma. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of a solitary metastatic mucinous adenocarcinoma to the corpus callosum presenting as an intraventricular mass.
