摘要

肝內脾臟，源自脾臟破裂或脾臟手術後，目前文獻上的報導仍屬少數。本篇報導一年輕男性病人，過去曾因脾臟破裂而接受脾臟切除後所產生的腹部不適。經腹部電腦斷層掃瞄及核磁共振檢查，發現一肝臟腫瘤，疑為肝內血管瘤或腺瘤而接受手術切除。病理報告為肝內脾臟。我們重新探討了過去的文獻報導，並擬訂了一個診斷及治療的方向。

Intrahepatic splenosis resulted from splenic rupture or splenic surgery and only a few cases have been reported in the English literature. We report a patient who had a past history of splenectomy for splenic rupture and presented with upper abdominal discomfort and a liver tumor which was once diagnosed as hepatic hemangioma or adenoma preoperatively. The postoperative pathological diagnosis was intrahepatic splenosis. The literature pertaining to intrahepatic splenosis were reviewed and a protocol for managing such a case was proposed.
