Huge Splenic Pseudoaneurysm Complicated from Surgery for Pancreatitis: Report of a Case
以手術治療胰臟炎併發脾動脈巨大假性動脈瘤：病例報告
摘要
在胰臟炎的併發症之中，內臟動脈的假性動脈瘤出血是一種少見但可致命的併發症，如果沒有治療的話，死亡率很高。目前處理假性動脈瘤出血的方法，包括：由放射科醫師經侵襲性的方法實施動脈栓塞，或是由外科醫師進行外科切除。本文報告一例酒精性胰臟炎，經外科清創術後併發脾動脈假性動脈瘤，接受外科切除成功的案例，並回顧文獻記載。

A bleeding pseudoaneurysm of a visceral artery is a rare but potentially lethal complication of acute or chronic pancreatitis, with a high mortality rate if left untreated. Current modalities for management of bleeding pseudoaneurysm include transarterial embolization by interventional radiology or surgical resection. Herein we present a case of alcoholic pancreatitis complicated with splenic artery pseudoaneurysm with the symptom of sudden onset of abdominal pain. The case was successfully managed with aneurysmectomy, distal pancreatectomy and splenectomy. The patient remained asymptomatic until four years later when he presented with a similar episode of acute pancreatitis.
