Cystic Duplication of the Transverse Colon in an Adult
成人橫結腸複製囊腫：病例報告
摘要
腸道的複製囊腫不常見，其中大部分在孩童時期即被發現。多數的患者以腹部腫瘤，腸阻塞，消化道出血，或腸套疊來表現。本案例為一成年女性，輕度腹痛約三年之後，以突發性下腹痛至婦產科就醫，經陰道超音波診斷為卵巢囊腫扭轉，接受緊急手術時發現為橫結腸的複製囊腫扭轉壞死，術後病理檢查證實。本文提出臨床表現，組織病理，影像及相關文獻之回顧。

Duplication of the alimentary tract is an uncommon congenital anomaly that is usually identified during the pediatric period. However, a few cases remain unsuspected until adulthood. We herein present a 34-year-old female who developed severe lower abdominal pain after three years of occasional mild abdominal pain. She visited a gynecologist. After transvaginal ultrasonography, ovarian torsion was suspected and she underwent emergent surgical exploration, which revealed a huge cystic duplication of transverse colon with torsion expanding into the pelvic cavity. Wedge resection of the involved segment was performed.
