Laparoscopic Resection of Intra-Abdominal Esophageal Duplication Cyst in a Child
以腹腔鏡切除一例小孩腹內食道複製性囊腫
摘要
食道複製囊腫經常發生於縱膈腔而很少發生於腹腔內。我們報告一個五歲的小孩，以反覆性上腹部疼痛及偶而嘔吐作為臨床表現，而成功接受以腹腔鏡切除腹內食道複製囊腫的病例。囊腫可以完整切除且和食道沒有相通。病人預後良好且無食道吞嚥的問題。雖然電腦斷層攝影和超音波檢查可幫助我們對手術前作一種可能性的診斷，但手術後的病理檢查才有辦法提供正確的診斷。

Esophageal duplication cysts are frequently encountered in the mediastinum and rarely in the abdomen. We present the case of a 5-year-old boy with a history of recurrent epigastric pain and occasional vomiting who underwent a successful laparoscopic resection of an intra-abdominal esophageal duplication cyst. The well encapsulated cyst was completely removed without communication with the lumen. Although computed tomography (CT) and ultrasonography both can assist in making a presumptive preoperative diagnosis, the definitive diagnosis depends on pathologic examination of the resected specimen.
