Temporary External Transfixation of Open Intraarticular Fractures
暫時性外固定器在開放性關節面骨折的應用
摘要
在處理關節開放性骨折，尤其有嚴重軟組織受損時，使用暫時性外固定器是很值得推薦的方法。它使得傷口易於處理及照顧。同時對日後任一再度手術的決定有極大的方便。 自西元1981年到1985年，四年中共有59個關節骨折使用暫時性外固定器。其中21個關節後來再接受了ASIF/AO內固定手術。用本文所述方法，以膝關節受傷患者功能恢復最佳。

The temporary joint bridging external fixation is the primary treat-ment of choice in intraarticular or juxtaarticular fractures with soft tissue damage as an isolated injury or in polytrauma patients. It allows all ways of secondary definite therapy. 59 joint bridging assemblies of external fixation between 1981 and 1985 after open joint fractures are reported. 21 joints were reconstructed secondarily by internal fixation following the principles of ASIF/AO. The best functional results were achieved at the knee joint.
