Long Bone Fractures of Lower Limb Associated with Knee Ligament Injuries
下肢長骨骨折合併膝關節靭帶斷裂
摘要
馬偕紀念醫院從1984年至1988年共治療66例長骨骨折併膝關節靭帶之病例。靭帶斷裂的診斷是依據X光攝影，長骨骨折以骨釘固定後之理學檢查，或以關節鏡檢查，所有膝靭帶斷裂都施以手術治療。在66例中有53例經過至少一年的追踪治療，治療結果顯示長骨骨折以適當的手術固定後膝關節靭帶斷裂以手術修補比保守療好。膝關節靭帶斷裂愈早修補預後愈好，大部份的病人經手術治療後可得到很好的膝功能及穩定度。

Sixty-six patients suffered from lower limb long bone fractures associated with knee ligament injuries were retrospectively reviewed. The patients were divided into two groups. Group I included 48 cases in whom the diagnosis was made within 3 months after injury. In group II, there were 18 patients in whom the diagnosis was made beyond 3 months after jujury. The over all incidence of knee ligament jnjury associated with long bone fractures of lower limb was 7.4%. Fifty-three patients were followed up for at least one year. There were 32 (84%) excellent and good, 4 fair and 2 poor results in group I. there were 11 (73%) excellent or good, 2 fair and 2 poor results in group II. Operative repair of ligamentous injury of knee after appropriate treatment of long bone fractures may result in good stability and function of the knee.the earlier the treatments, the better the results.
