Tibial Tuberosity Advancement for Patellofemoral Osteoarthritis
脛骨粗隆前移術
摘要
馬圭氏脛骨粗隆前移術是治療臏骨骰骨關節炎的方法一。作者以此方法治療四名病人，術後並追蹤一年以上。結果令人滿意。所有病人都得到膝痛之減除。我們發現脛骨粗隆前移1.2公分能有效地減少臏骨股骨關節間之疼痛，而且不會發生皮膚潰爛等居部併發症。

Advancement of the tibal tuberosity (TTA) or Maquet osteotomy is a recognized procedure for the treatment of patellofemoral osteoarthritis. Four patients with patellofemoral arthritis treated with TTA were followed more than one year. Satisfactory results with knee pain relief were achiever in all the patients. We found that the advancement of 1.2 cm was effective in relieving the patellofemoral joint pain. Local complication such as skin necrosis did not occur.
