Flexible Wire Passer for Open Reduction and Fixation of Patellar Fracture-A Technical Note

Patellar fracture is a common fracture in daily practice. Open reduction and internal fixation with a tension band wire and circumferential wire are still the gold standard of treatment. We hereby present a flexible wire passer to facilitate the application of the wire that maintains the reduction and ultimately fixes the fracture.
