企業電子化之彈性工作流程建構機制設計

Designing a Flexible Workflow Construction Mechanism for E-Business

摘要


工作流程管理是一個具有發展前景的技術,它主要的目標在於將企業自動化以改善組織的效能,是近幾年在企業流程管理方面快速發展的一個重要方向。本文主要的目的在於發展一個以WfMC工作流程參考模型爲基礎、具有彈性工作流程建構機制與管理機能之工作流程管理。在本文中,依工作流程元件知識本體論的分析,提出彈性的流程定義機制,將流程元件分爲訊息元件、文件元件、作業元件,藉由這三種元件與流程控制規則的彈性組合,可迅速配合企業流程再造的調整,形成各種工作流程樣板,提升系統對不同性質產業之適應性。同時,系統嵌入了績效管理評估機制,以強化組織的管理控制,而且導入成本低、適應時間短,符合企業e化小而美的經濟考量。

Workflow management system is a promising technology aiming at the automation of businesses to improve the performance of an organization. It is an important direction which develops rapidly in recent years in the field of business process management. The objective of this research is to develop a WfMC-based workflow management with flexible workflow construction mechanism and management function. Based on the analysis of workflow ontology, this research proposes a flexible definition mechanism which divides workflow structure into three basic components, i.e. messages, documents, and tasks. By the flexible combination of these three components and flow logics, workflow ca be dynamic adjustment corresponding to the requirement of business process reengineering in order to form variable workflow templates to move up the adaptabilities for different enterprises. Furthermore, the system embeds performance evaluation mechanism to reinforce the organizational managerial control, and due to the lower introducing cost and shorter adaptive time, the system matches the e-business economic consideration of small but beautiful.
