墾丁國家公園遊客特性及遊憩行爲分析

摘要

本研究透過實地調查，探討來訪墾丁國家公園遊客之背景特性及其遊戲行爲，用以預測國家公園內之遊憩需求型態；再透過專家意見調查，確定國家全公園在環境保育目標下，各項活動與設施之適宜性，籍以提供墾丁國家公園各項資源利用政策及遊憩管理措施之參考。對未來墾丁國家公園遊憩之發展提出之主要建議有：1)除管理服務中心外，國家公園內不宜增建其他設施；遊憩活動亦僅限於自然、較無動力機械之項目。2)利用宣導與解說分散遊憩活動進行之地點與時間，並確實執行不適宜活動項目之禁限。園區內之食宿及交通設施不以遊憩需求之滿足爲目的，應由區外之發展支援。3)利用加強周邊市鎮之遊憩服務機能，疏解墾丁國家公園游憩需求之壓力。同時達到繁華國家公園鄰近市鎮之功能。

The purpose of this study is to analysis the recreational characters & behaviors of visitors in order to understand the suitabilities of recreational activities and facilities. This study applies the results of research between ”demand” and ”supply” to provide Kenting Natioal Park with the consults of management There are three major suggestions: 1) The natioal park is unsuitable to add manmade facilities and the recreational activities must be limited to natural and un-mechanical characters. 2) It's necessary to disperse the visitors through the information & interpretation, and measures to prohibit unsuitable activities in national park acturally. 3) The towns located outsides the national park should enhance the recreational service function to relieve the recreational demand pressure of Kenting National Park. The function of making the towns adjacent to national park prosper will be attained.
