摘要

休閒，並非膚淺的娛樂，而是通過身心放鬆，獲致「用志不分，乃凝於神」的境界，籍以重新出發，做些創造性的事情。休閒有許多的途徑，民俗技藝是值得正視的對象，因爲其內涵豐華富美，樣態多采多姿，既存有歷史意義是俱藝術價值，在現代忙碌的生活裡，祇要注入些優美的民俗技藝，絕對有助於生命的開展，文化智慧的啓發，從而提昇生活素質，實踐生命的環境。民俗技藝的範疇，大概包括：民樂、歌謠、說唱，雜技、小戲，偶戲、大戲，工藝，與民俗小吃等。在當代，休閒與民俗技藝，似乎可以作爲一種休閒文化的思考。

Folk Culture has been alway tie close together with leisure life in preindustrial society, it is rich in representing artistic alarchievment of people in those society. In modern, technological advanced society, folk culture is still worth of promotion in order to enrich leisure life. In this paper, essence of folk dance, folk song, folklore, folk story, folk theatre, folk acrobat and even various type of folk snacks are presented with examples.
